Meet Your Trainer
Who I Am.
I have always loved to play! Growing up, I ran track and played basketball, football, baseball, tennis, golf and other sports. When I was in my early twenties, I suffered a catastrophic shoulder dislocation while barefoot water skiing. It took me two years to recover. This accident deepened my appreciation for how amazing the body is and how, with the right exercises, discipline, and consistency, we all can heal, improve, and realize our physical potential.
I have used my body to backpack around the world, motorcycle through South America, and to perform a variety of workouts every glorious day. My fitness journey has also taken me into the kitchen, where I prepare healthy whole-foods plant-based meals, rich in protein, slow carbs, healthy fats, and overflowing with polyphenols. I look forward to sharing what I’ve learned to help you be the healthiest version of who you can be. Are you ready?
Fitness Philosophy.
No matter how you feel right now, I want to tell you that your body is remarkable! If you want to achieve your physical potential, your body will welcome the challenge. Are you ready to learn the skills that will unlock the dancer inside you?
My objective is to help you develop a toolkit of exercises that will enable you to achieve optimal fitness! The programs that I design, just for you, will teach you a variety of exercises, so when you are ready to fly on your own, you will know what to do and how to do it safely and effectively. I want you to look forward to working out because you enjoy it, and because you know you live your best life when you do it.
I will be there for you, whether you want to train with me regularly or are ready to fly on your own and want me to check in with you every few months.
