Awaken The Dancer Inside (805) 723-0829
Here are next steps once you decide to hire me:

Complete your PAR-Q
(Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), Liability Waiver and Free Trial Session Agreement.

1. Complete the PAR-Q to determine if you are physically able to begin training, or whether you first need medical clearance from your physician.

2. If you are able to begin training, you’ll sign a liability waiver and we’ll schedule the first, free trial session!

Review and Sign PT Agreement, Schedule
Assessments, and Share Training Availability

Once you decide to start, you will review and sign the personal training agreement, indicate your availability and preferred workout times (list at least 3-4 days and 3-4 times in order of preference),.

My experience has been that, for each program that I design, it takes  four-six sessions until you will feel confident performing the exercises  on your own with good form.

The first paid session will take 60-90 minutes either in person, or on-line using a video conferencing tool such as Google Meet. If online, the room you are in should have adequate space to perform movements such as a squat or pushup.

Choose The Service You Want

During and after the first free trial session we’ll identify your primary goals and potential challenges.

You can access the following:

A. A single 1 hour session focusing on executing the program that I design for you. This program will include one or more of the following:

1.  Functional fitness.

2.  Strength training,

3. Metabolic conditioning (cardio-respiratory training),

4. Improving the four aspects of the core,

5. Skill development.

6. Improving balance, power agility and more,

B. A package of 6 or more sessions at a discount.

Perform Assessments, Create a Tailored Workout Plan and Schedule Our Sessions!

Once we complete the interview and assessments, I will prepare your initial six (6) week workout plan and schedule our first workout (s).
