Complete your PAR-Q 
(Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)

Complete the PAR-Q to determine if you are physically able to begin training, or whether you first need medical clearance from your physician.

Choose The Service You Want

Identify your primary goals, potential challenges, and your weekly availability. My experience has been that it takes at least six sessions for the exercise cues to sink in enough so you feel confident performing the exercises on your own and can do them with good form. But it is up to you to decide how often you want to use me. Remember, even once you’re ready to start exercising on your own, you can still call me to schedule follow-up session(s) for new assessments, fresh cues and exercises, to check form and so much more!  My primary goal is to get you started on the healthy exercise path!

1. Intake, Assessment and program design.

2. Single 1 hour session

3. 1 hour Group Exercise Sessions.

3. Discount packages of multiple sessions.

4. Meal prep dinners (whole foods plant-based). A reminder: These are simply home cooked meals,

Review and Sign PT Agreement, Schedule
Assessments, and Share Training Availability

Once you decide on a program, you will review and sign the personal training agreement. Please feel free to ask any questions or request clarifications. After selecting the desired program, please indicate your availability and preferred workout times (list at least 3-4 days and 3-4 times in order of preference). Once you have completed your intake forms, we will schedule your interview and assessments. This will take 60-90 minutes either in person, or on-line using a video conferencing tool such as Google Meet. If online, the room you are in should have adequate space to perform movements such as a squat or pushup.

Perform Assessments, Create a Tailored Workout Plan and Schedule Our Sessions!

Once I complete the interview and assessments, I will prepare your initial six (6) week workout plan and schedule our first workout (s).
